Once again this year IMSoccer News brings you the MIAC Men’s Soccer Preview. The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference or as it known to many, MIAC, is one of the strongest D3 conferences in the nation. Most seasons, Minnesota sends several teams to the year-end NCAA Tournament and some years MIAC teams have gone deep into the playoffs.
Back again this year to help me preview the 2011 season is Carleton College’s men’s head soccer coach Bob Carlson and Augsburg College men’s head soccer coach Greg Holker. Carlson and Holker are two of the more accomplished soccer coaches in MIAC and are known nationally for the quality of their soccer programs.
Carlson and Holker have great knowledge of the players in the conference but they also posses a great sense of humor which you will hear when listening to the podcast. Because of that, this program is one of the most enjoyable podcasts I do each year at IMS.
